About Me
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker practicing in New Jersey. I have experience helping people navigate grief and loss, aging, relational rupture and repair, illness, school stress, parenthood, executive functioning, ADHD and ASD. I work with clients experiencing depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder, and complex trauma.
My practice is both relational and experiential. I place deep trust in knowing that meaningful change comes from connection and presence with what is and what will come. My goal for our work is to create a space that provides the comfort and support needed for you to explore the challenging issues in your life. I am here to help you feel seen as you do the brave work of navigating the waters of emotional experience and transformative change. This is a creative endeavor, weaving memory, thoughts and feelings and finding meaning, gaining insights, and shifting systems. Sometimes I may suggest we use a particular modality, like somatics, but generally you steer the ship with how and what you want to explore.
Everything I do is supported by evidenced-based social work, neuroscience, and psychology; it is the solid ground from which the work unfolds. As a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner and EMDR certified clinician, I am skilled in working with acute and complex trauma. I have post-graduate training in Internal Family Systems, Coherence Therapy and Mindfulness and am a ADHD-Certified Clinical Services Provider.
I would say I am a deeply feeling human, fiercely curious, and creative. I enjoy making things with my hands, moving often, and laughing a lot.
