About Me

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker practicing in New Jersey. I have experience helping people navigate grief and loss, aging, relational rupture and repair, illness, school stress, parenthood, executive functioning, ADHD and ASD. I work with clients experiencing depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder, and complex trauma .

My practice is both relational and experiential. I place deep trust in knowing that meaningful change comes from connection and presence with what is and what will come. My goal for the work is to create a space that provides the comfort and support needed for you to explore the challenging issues in your life. I am here to help you feel seen as you do the brave work of navigating the waters of emotional experience and transformative change. This is creative work, weaving memory and feeling and finding meaning. Sometimes I may suggest we use a particular modality, like somatics, but generally you steer the ship with how and what you want to explore.

Everything I do is supported by evidenced-based social work, neuroscience, and psychology. It is the solid ground from which the work unfolds. As a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner and EMDR certified clinician, I am skilled in working with acute and complex trauma. Additionally, I have post-graduate training in Internal Family Systems, Coherence Therapy and Mindfulness.

I would say I am a deeply feeling human, fiercely curious, and creative. I enjoy making things with my hands, moving often, swearing sometimes, and laughing a lot.
