Online or in-person, psychotherapy is for individuals and couples to speak about past history, present issues, and future goals. I work with young adults, teens and couples looking to gain insight, develop new patterns, and heal from past traumas.
After a free 15 minute consultation, we will meet for an initial evaluation (75-90 min). At this time, I will assess your needs, and make appropriate recommendations for your care.

Anxiety — Whether you're overwhelmed by constant worry, struggling with social situations, or experiencing sudden waves of panic, support is available to help you find calm and regain control.
Depression — If you're feeling hopeless, emotionally drained, or have lost interest in things you once enjoyed, compassionate support can help restore your energy, motivation, and joy for life.
Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) — Healing is possible after frightening or traumatic experiences — including accidents, or sexual, verbal, emotional, or physical abuse — with guidance to help you process and move forward.
Complex Trauma (CPTSD)— For those who have endured prolonged or repeated trauma, such as experiencing or witnessing domestic violence or physical, sexual, or pyschological abuse, specialized support can help you heal deep wounds and rebuild a sense of agency and trust.
